The RVRA Executive Committee has received a request from one of its members that the RVRA take a lead position in preparing and presenting the necessary legal and technical responses to the applications relating to the rezoning and environmental authorisations for the proposed Springbok Hill development on Erf 878, Riebeek Kasteel.
The RVRA have agreed to this request and in terms of Section 3.8.1 (d) of our Constitution. We are notifying all RVRA members of the Exco decision and inviting you to comment on this decision.
Please submit your comments to info@rvra.co.za and we will review and consolidate these comments. In terms of the urgency of this matter, the RVRA Committee has also agreed that the response time for comments be shortened from 2 weeks to 1 week and the closing date for receipt of comments will therefore be 17h00 on 25 March 2024.
